Scope of Works:

Phased bedroom refurbishment of approx. 200nr existing bedrooms including strip out of all existing finishes and bathrooms and reinstatement with new floor and wall tiles, new vinyl floor, decoration, mechanical and electrical upgrades and new fittings and furnishings. Existing meeting room space was converted to 12nr new bedrooms with the entire front of house, restaurant and basement spa completely refurbished. The hotel remained fully operational during the project.
