Scope of Works:

Refurbishment and upgrade of 250 guestrooms (inclusive of penthouses). Works include complete strip out of all bedrooms back to shell and total reinstatement of all finishes including, new bathrooms, specialist joinery, furniture, carpet, floor, and wall tiling complete with new Mechanical and Electrical installation (including the new provision of new A/C and sprinkler systems). The new gym extension includes new steel frame, cladding as well as full fitout of area.
