Scope of Works:

Phased bedroom refurbishment of 310 rooms within live hotel environment including strip out of existing finishes and bathrooms to hard refurb rooms and reinstatement with new floor and wall tiles, new carpet, decoration, new fittings and furnishings and mechanical and electrical upgrades. Soft refurb bedrooms include cleaning to bathrooms only along with full refurb of bedroom areas. Front of house works included the full refurbishment of the bar and restaurant areas along with reception and toilets
