Scope of Works:

Refurbishment and upgrade of Green Park Hotel in London – a property compromising 15 converted Georgian-era townhouses (some of which are Grade 2 listed). Works included the total refurbishment of 175 guest rooms inclusive of all public spaces and back of house areas. New finishes include floor and wall tiling, new bathrooms, carpet, specialist joinery, mechanical and electrical installations.
