Scope of Works:

Phased bedroom refurbishment of 315 rooms within live hotel environment including strip out of existing finishes and bathrooms to hard refurb rooms and reinstatement with new floor and wall tiles, new carpet, decoration, new fittings and furnishings and mechanical and electrical upgrades. Front of house works include full refurbishment of reception, bar, restaurant café, gym and spa with all specialist joinery, floor and wall finishes (including tiles and carpet) along with all decoration and mechanical and electrical upgrade.
