Scope of Works:

Edgewater carried out the conversion and refurbishment of the existing Cambridge Hotel to create the new Graduate Hotel. Works included the refurbishment of the existing hotel and public spaces as well as the construction of a new extension to form a swimming pool and spa as well as new bedrooms.
