Scope of Works:

Extension to existing Jurys Inn Hotel combined with the construction of new build NYX Hotel and construction of two residential blocks with retail at street level. Works consist of

• Construction of 100 bed extension to the existing Jurys Hotel

• Construction of 2 residential blocks to provide 31 Units

• Construction of 4 retail units to shell standard

• Construction of new 124 bed NYX branded hotel

• Refurbishment of Ground and 1st floor of 55-61 Jeffrey Street

• Utilities and underground services
