Due to continued expansion of our business, we are recruiting for the following positions;

Project Manager

  • Project Lead working closely with Client, Operational and Commercial teams.
  • Overall responsibility for Safety, Quality, Delivery and Commercial aspects of project.
  • Experience of successfully delivering Interior and Construction projects is required.

 

Quantity Surveyor

  • Commercial lead working closely with the Operational Team.
  • Responsible for pre and post contract delivery to maximise commercial success and profitability.
  • Experience of the preparation and settlement of interim claims, variations, final accounts, and contract documentation is required.

 

Site Manager 

  • Manage Supply Chain and direct labour ensuring safe and successful delivery of a variety of interior and construction projects.
  • Ability to work both on their own and as part of an operational team, reporting directly to the Contracts Manager.
  • CSR Site Supervisor Card (or equivalent) as well as First Aid at Work Certification and a driving licence is required.
  • Temporary Works Coordinator qualification is desirable.
