Scope of Works:

Refurbishment if circa 200 bedrooms (including ensuite bathrooms), reconfiguration, and refurbishment of all front of house areas including new bar, restaurant, gym, and essential upgrades to back of house areas. New finishes include floor and wall tiling, carpet, decoration, specialist joinery as well as all mechanical and electrical elements. The hotel remained fully operational throughout the project.
